SHUDDER

Shudder is a stop-motion point and click adventure, and was created during my final year at DePaul University alongside two of my classmates. The project delved into the feeling of dissociating away from your body, and trying to find a way back into yourself as your surroundings seem suddenly unfamiliar.

We started playing with the concept two years in advance, during our Sophomore year, when we bonded over our mutual dissociative experiences and how frightening they could be. Our senior year began alongside the pandemic, which meant we suddenly needed to figure out a way to create this game completely from our homes.
